Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was dusty, but it had a new Apple computer and a very modern bed. The bathroom was very well appointed with a large bathtub, spacious shower, and nice vanity area. The service was nice and accommodating for a late check-out we needed. However, there was an issue with a lack of assistance regarding a robbery. The location was awesome for both business and sightseeing, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many attractions and with excellent access to public transportation. The dining experience was disappointing and overpriced. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel had a mixed experience with clean and quiet rooms, but some issues with dust and competence at the reception. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was convenient and close to amenities. The dining options were modest but pleasant. Overall, it felt more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was tiny and not practical for movement due to the layout and location. The cleanliness was an issue with a dusty headboard, but the bed was comfortable. The banking process was frustrating with a hold on my card. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the city, but the breakfast left much to be desired.
The room at this hotel was not spacious enough for the bed, forcing me to maneuver sideways each time I got on or off. Additionally, the room lacked privacy with overlooked windows, and the hotel pre-authorized a 50 Euro charge upon arrival, which was inconvenient due to currency conversion fees. Despite daily housekeeping requests, cleanliness was subpar, especially with a dusty headboard. The room lacked essentials such as storage space and amenities, and the pricing did not align with the quality experienced, more akin to a 2-star rather than 5-star hotel.
The hotel is located in Mitte, offering excellent accessibility to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though a bit dark; however, the view from the 4th floor is nice. The service is friendly and efficient, providing good recommendations for dining. The dining options are varied, though slightly expensive for some items. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
